We hope you love your ÉLAN Paris order. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
